Sometimes you may need to switch a tablet to a different customer. This will require changing the Tableside Order & Pay Account or Customer that the Tableside Order & Pay Terminal is connected to. You can make this switch using the Settings tab.
Select the Change Customer option found under Support in the Settings tab.
From here, you will be able to view all other accounts available to your Tableside Order & Pay user. Before loading the new Terminal, you will be prompted to enter your Tableside Order & Pay pin.
You will now be able to view the Terminal of the newly selected account.
If you want to select a different Device Profile or Station, navigate once again to your Settings tab.
Select Device Profile under the Configuration section.
You will be prompted to enter your Tableside Order & Pay pin before being able to view available Device Profiles or Stations. Selecting an alternative Device Profile will you allow you to see the Terminal view configured for this Station.
