Detailed Specs For Branded Ordering Site Assets

 

To build your branded ordering site, we will need specific information provided by you (the customer) for optimal customization!

*Please note: If possible, please provide Tableside Order & Pay with widescreen images versus portrait-style images for optimal results.

Landing Page Logo:

Please use a high-quality Logo. This logo should be specific to your establishment. Logo file size must be no larger than 300 KB.

Menu Page Logo:

Please use a high-quality Logo logo for your menu page. Most customers will use the same logo for their landing and menu pages. Logo file size must be no larger than 300 KB.

Mobile Background Photo:

Please use a high-quality background photo that will appear when a guest navigates to your mobile branded ordering site. The Ideal dimension for the mobile background photo is 2:1 and the file size must be no larger than 300 KB. Note: the resolution does not need to be set any higher than 72 ppi. 

Desktop Background Photo:

We will also need a high-quality background photo that will appear when a guest navigates to your desktop branded ordering site. The dimension should be 1.5:1 and the file size must be no larger than 300 KB. Note: the resolution does not need to be set any higher than 72 ppi. 

Button Color Customization:

You also have the option to customize your button colors! If you provide us with a specific color hex code or a Pantone number that you use in your logo, we can match that color to your buttons. However, if you do not have a code or number to provide us, we can always match as we see appropriate. As always, we will confirm your approval before launching your branded ordering site! 

Domain Customization:

If you will be using a “.menu” Tableside Order & Pay domain for customers to navigate to your landing page, you will need to provide what you would like your domain name to be. For example, “tomsburgers.menu” would be for an establishment named Tom’s Burgers. We will make sure this domain is available before purchasing and will reach out if it is unavailable for other options.
