Sales By Modifier Report

Refining your Report 

You can use the dropdown menus to refine this report. 

Whole Day - This will set your set time frame parameters to whole days and there will be no need to set specific times of the day. 

Custom Time Range - This setting will change the time frame parameters to include specific times.

Order Time - This setting will define your search time parameters to pull the report according to the times that the orders were made.

Desired Fullmillment Date - This setting will define your search time parameters to pull reports according to the times that the orders were set to be fulfilled.

Both Order Time and Fulfillment Date - To select this option use the blue plus sign next to the dropdown box. You can then use the date rage boxes to create a report that includes both date ranges for each variable.

Menu Heading - This is the Menu Heading that the modifier is attached to. 

Modifier Name - The name of the Modifier as it was loaded into the Menu Settings.

Total Items Ordered - The number of menu items ordered for the date range that included the modifier listed.

items Delivered - The total amount of menu items delivered fulfilled for the guest.

Items Refunded - The number of refunded menu items that have the modifier attached to them.

Net Sales Pretax - Total pre-tax dollar amount of all menu items sold that have the modifier attached. 

Sales Tax - Total amount of tax applied to orders for the corresponding menu items with the modifier attached to them.

Total Sales Incl Tax - Total of the Net Sales Pretax + Sales Tax amount for all menu items with the associated modifier.
