When an Omnivore customer has a forced service charge or gratuity, we can configure it to add the forced charge to the Tableside Order & Pay order automatically. To configure the automatic service charge, navigate to the Tableside Order & Pay App Store in the Owner Panel and click the 'Edit' button on the Omnivore settings.
In the integration settings, scroll down to 'Default Service Fee Name' and enter the name of the Service Fee as you would like it to appear in Tableside Order & Pay. The description below explains that if there are automatic charges, they will populate on the checkout screen listed as the name you enter in the field.
After clicking save, any order going forward with a forced service charge or gratuity will have the name listed on the Tableside Order & Pay check-out.
