Admin Pins

Previously, a merchant would need credentials created under each account, however, by using the Admin pin, they will be able to sign in to the terminal with just one set of credentials and access those different accounts with their unique PIN. Please note that Admin Pins should be used by individuals designated as Admins in Tableside Order & Pay (as opposed to Owners, Managers, etc.)

To log in as an Admin, the user would need to make sure that 'Admin Pin' is toggled on when entering their PIN. If they would like to log in as a staff member, they can toggle Admin PIN off to log in for a normal experience. Use caution with locations not pooling tips; if a server takes an order while the Admin is logged in, that server will not get assigned the tips for those orders.
